Purpose

You can access the warehouse functions via the Warehouse menu item.
 

Note: you must have selected an organization unit for which a storage agreement is stored in the LBASE system.
 

If there is a valid storage agreement (warehouse customers at the warehouse location), you have the following options:

1. Start several queries in relation to the inventory or items;

2. Record stock out entries;

3. Select a different storage agreement.

The heading indicates the currently selected storage agreement.

Fields

Item number

If the inventory is only required for one item number, a valid item number can be entered in the Item number field.

Note: the values that have already been entered are not transferred.

Item group

If an item table is only required for a particular item group, the appropriate item group can be entered in this field.

Storage agreement

If several storage agreements (warehouse customers at the warehouse location) have been assigned to the user, these can be selected from the list. Only one storage agreement is valid.
